When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide:

• Your name, company, business email and, optionally, telephone number and job title.
• Details of your requirement, such as product description, quantities, dimensions and specifications.
• Any files you choose to attach, such as drawings or product photographs.
• Campaign parameters in the page address (for example, a utm_source tag), if present.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential quotation. We will only send you other communications if you have opted in.

Storage and access

Enquiries and attachments are stored in a secured backend that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections.

AI-assisted requirements

If you choose the AI assistant and agree to processing, your requirement description is sent through Lovable AI to generate suggested capabilities and an enquiry draft. Do not include confidential designs or personal information. AI suggestions may be inaccurate and require your review; they do not confirm manufacturing feasibility. Drafts remain in the current page until you explicitly submit the enquiry form. Contact details and attachments from the form are not sent to the AI assistant.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, including South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. To make a request, contact us through the enquiry form.
